D Cipriani
England - £7.5m
24 Points
Jonny who? Cipriani's first start silenced many of his critics as he filled the huge shoes left to him by Jonny Wilkinson. A fantastic performance, he was unlucky not to get man of the match.

A Marcato
Italy - £5m
19 Points
A solid kicking game including a last minute drop-goal to give Italy their first victory of the tournament.
^top
J Noon
England - £6.5m
16 Points
Noon made some huge line breaks and put in some massive tackles in defence. He capped off an all round excellent performance with a try to earn himself the man of the match award.
^top
J Hook
Wales - £9m
15 Points
Hook started off the game brightly for the Welsh with some deft touches and some great runs. His kicking was accurate apart for a difficult chance from the touch line.
^top
S Jones
Wales - £8.5m
14 Points
Once again Stephen Jones steadied the Welsh team after being brought on to replace Hook. The two tries were both scored while Jones was on the field, an indication of his impact..
^top
P Sackey
England - £8m
13 Points
Paul Sackey performed consistently throughout the competition and scored his third try of the tournament in the final game.
^top
JB Elissalde
France - £9m
11 Points
The French team had a relatively poor performance all round, especially in the kicking department. Elissalde restored some sort of pride slotting three penalties.
^top
M Williams
Wales - £7.5m
21 Points
It was a fairy tale competition for the man who had retired from international rugby a little over a month ago. A try and a man of the match award to crown him as the top scoring forward in the competition.

A Hogg
Scotland - £7.5m
12 Points
Scotland were unable to hold off the Italian onslaught, but managed to retain their 5th place overall with a better points difference. Many thanks then to their try scorer Ally Hogg.
^top
A Strokosch
Scotland - £5.5m
7 Points
Strokosch made a huge impact when he came on against Wales a couple of weeks ago and has maintained his high work rate on the fringes. A very promising player for the future of Scottish rugby.
^top
M Rees
Wales - £5m
6 Points
Rees was not due to start this game, but was thrown into the trenches the morning of the game. Even with such short notice, he played really well and the line outs were excellent considering the talent of the opposition second row.
^top
L Ghiraldini
Italy - £3.5m
6 Points
Ghiraldini's performances in the front row for the Azzurri has been outstanding, his line outs have been good and his scrumming excellent.
^top
P Vickery
England - £5.5m
6 Points
The English captain needed a big performance against the Irish to ensure the decline of English rugby was put to an end. What better place than Twickenham to do so.
^top
S Parisse
Italy - £6.5m
6 Points
Arguably the best forward in the competition, Parisse led every game from the front and was rewarded with a victory in the final game. Unfortunately it was still not enough to avoid the wooden spoon.
^top
C Del Fava
Italy - £4.5m
6 Points
The Italian team has come on in leaps and bounds since being inducted into the 6 Nations competition, and their forwards are their strongest asset thanks to players like Del Fava.
